Nine steps to a positive Mental attitude

I finished reading a book entitled Keys to the Positive Thinking bouquet of Napoleon Hill and Michael J . Ritt, Jr. This book is one of the outstanding positive books.

In a blog post this time, I will fill them with a summary of what I read in the book is great.


Okay, here's the 9 step toward Positive Mental Attitude:

Step 1: Master your mind with conviction
There is only one path to positive mental attitude: you have to control your thoughts with complete confidence. Our minds are the greatest wonders of the universe.

Everyone has an incredible treasure trove that is the brain and nerves. All regular people in principle inherited the power to grab everything that has been achieved by others or is attempting to attain others. We have the authority to direct the passion, emotion, instinct, trend, feeling, mood, attitude and your behavior towards a result. It's up to you how to use all of these.

To fend off all the negative stuff, Affirmations is always like this:
"My thoughts are my own, and I'll control it!"

Step 2: set your mind on what you want and get rid of what you don't want
The words will replace most of the way we think, but the deepest motivational thoughts are as pictures, not words. If an idea appears, in the shape of an image, not as a seriesof sentence that run in our heads. The image is a way of thinking of the earliest and most influential.

Therefore, we must learn to discipline our minds and visualize things that you want. Don't let the neighborhood or someone else dictating the negative shadow on us.

Step 3: apply the principal Legal
Treat others as you want to treat. Otherwise do not treat others poorly if we do not want to be treated that way.
Look for good things on every person and every situation on a consistent basis.

Step 4: get rid of All the negative thoughts through self-examination
Most people don't realize that they're thinking unless they sought to examine their ideas, their actions, and reactions. Only ask ourselves, "is this positive or negative?". When we fail to master our mind, then our response is negative.

The more we practice using positive mental attitude, the more quickly we realized the advent of negative thoughts.

Step 5: Blessed! Make someone else happy!
So we feel comfortable, happy people like behave! So excited, we must act vigorously.
You will eventually experience a sense of happiness and passion that will be seen by itself without you having to focus attention on it.

Step 6: Custom Shape Tolerant
Think open to others. Try to love and accept others for what they are and not demand or hope they can as we expect. Look for the good in others and learn to love others.
Here's a little excerpt from the writings of Napoleon Hill: "how long, oh my God, our weak beings this will realize our ignorance by trying to undermine each other because of religious differences and race?"
Love and the love of creating the mental and physical environment in which positive mental attitude can develop. Every day, do something good.

Step 7: give Positive Autosuggestion Yourself
Autosuggestion is a specific stimulus sent towards your brain through the five senses: sight, hearing, taste, touch. During this process, we can control it, keep what is entered in all five senses you are something useful and give happiness. Take that beautiful thing only.

Step 8: use the power of prayer
When you pray, believe in what you are asking. In each storm, your soul will get protection from a prayer.

Step 9: set goals
Goal setting is one way to keep our thoughts remain on the things we want and stay away from things that we don't want.
Write down your goal on a piece of paper. Visualize yourself being the reach for this aim. Make a plan to achieve those goals, and then change the plan into an action.
